Rural Development Loans
The rural development loan was designed to improve, develop, or finance business, industry, and employment and to enhance the economic and environmental climate in rural communities. Our experience with these types of loans will expedite the approval process, and help you get your project underway.

Eligibility

  • Businesses located in communities of up to 50,000 people
  • Priority is given to businesses located in communities of 25,000 or less
  • Maximum loan amount is $10 million per borrower.
