S&M Tool Inc. has been awarded the 2006 Winner

Jim Fuss, President and Joe Leiterman, Vice President of S&M Tool Inc, have been awarded the 2006 Winner - Small Category Manufacturing Awards of Distinction by the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce.

S & M Tool, Inc. is a machine shop that specializes in computer numerical control (CNC) machining of metal castings, plastics and other forms of material. The company was founded in a small garage in 1982 by two machinists. By 1985, increased volume necessitated the move to its current location–a new, larger facility just west of Green Bay. In November 2004, James Fuss and Joseph Leiterman purchased the business bringing to the table their 30 years of experience in the production of manufacturing machinery and in the manufacturing and design of gears and gear cutting.

S & M Tool, Inc. offers a wide variety of machining services from (CNC) milling, (CNC) turning to welding--from as small as one part, all the way through to mass production. They have differentiated themselves from other machine shops by providing timely service and quality work. They are able to maintain control over these key success factors by self performing all the machining work in house and not relying on third party providers. S & M Tool, Inc. is able to breakdown orders more efficiently with quicker response times–two big selling points to S & M Tool's current and future client base.
